Unicel 5CH-25 | 25 sq ft Maax Spa Filter

The Unicel 5CH-25 is a compact top-load spa filter cartridge delivering 25 square feet of filtration built on Reemay® polyester media. Built to meet or exceed OEM specifications, it's the replacement cartridge for Maax® Spas systems using this fitment.

Filtration is the quiet backbone of clean spa water. Every soak leaves behind body oils, lotions, hair, and fine debris, and the cartridge is what removes all of it before it clouds the water, feeds bacteria, or coats your plumbing. When a filter is worn or clogged, the effects spread everywhere: dull water, higher chemical use, softer jets, and a pump and heater straining against restricted flow.

At just 6 inches tall, this is the most compact cartridge in the Unicel spa range — and that makes the media quality matter even more. Reemay uses a trilobal fiber, three-lobed in cross-section rather than round, which delivers roughly 45% more surface area than standard rounded filter fibers. More surface per fiber means more places to trap dirt and oils in a smaller cartridge, plus a smooth surface that releases that dirt readily when rinsed. A handle on top makes removal effortless, and the 1-1/2 inch male pipe thread bottom screws in for a tight, leak-free seal. Made in the USA.
